Key players from all around the world will meet in September to discuss Chile’s role in the global energy transition.
From September 2 to 4 this year, representatives from countries, companies, and decision-makers from around the world will gather in Chile at the Metropolitan Santiago Convention Center to discuss proposals and deliver solutions for the clean energy of the future.
With just under three weeks to go before the event begins, the program includes a series of activities for both the general public and specialized audiences interested in technical issues related to the production, storage, and distribution of green hydrogen and how this industry is developing in the country.
In a global market where Chile stands out as one of the leading economies, ranking fifth in terms of projects under consideration and first in theoretical wind and solar generation capacity, the country’s hosting of the 3rd international exhibition and conference on green hydrogen seeks to solidify this position and show the world the comparative advantages of the territory in terms of generation costs.
Thus, for Wednesday, September 3, Hyvolution Chile has prepared four side events:
– 9:30–10:30: The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) will present its research on Green Hydrogen Certification.
– 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Under the title Promoting Green Hydrogen, the WILO Pilot Project will be launched under the H2Uppp program.
12:00 – 13:00: Representatives from the Port of Rotterdam will give a presentation on the infrastructure for exporting green hydrogen derivatives.
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: CORFO Magallanes, represented by its regional director María José Navajas, will present on the strategic management of the Transforma Hidrógeno Verde (Transform Green Hydrogen) Program in the southern region.
