Hyvolution 2023, the green hydrogen fair, will be held for the first time in Chile from June 28-30 at the Metropolitan Santiago convention center. In its first version, the Minister of Energy, Diego Pardow, will head the exhibition as Honorary President. In parallel to Hyvolution, the International Congress will be held, which will cover the most important topics related to hydrogen and its value chain in Chile and the world. The three thematic axes, divided in 3 days, will be: “Governmental policies day”, “Business initiatives day” and “Hydrogen value chain”. On Wednesday 28, after the inauguration, the “Governmental Policies Day” will take place, which will have 3 modules: the first will be led by Minister Pardow in which he will refer to the “National green hydrogen strategy: Chile and its territories”. The next module will address “Permitting and regulation in green hydrogen” and “Shared infrastructure”. In these panels will be presented the matters in which the State is working for the production of green hydrogen in the country. On June 29, “Business Initiatives Day”, will consist of: “Green hydrogen in Chile: reality and challenges”; “New uses and applications of green hydrogen in mining, aquaculture, logistics and other industries”; “Business challenges of green hydrogen: electrolyzers and water uses”; “Green hydrogen: Latin American, European and rest of the world reality”. These seminars are related to the challenges currently facing the country and the opportunities of the industry for its optimal development in the future. Friday 30, the last day of the fair and congress, was entitled “Value chain in hydrogen”, will feature four panels: “Environment and communities”; “Innovation and development in green hydrogen”; “Human capital” and “Financing available for companies linked to green hydrogen”, these modules are related to the issues surrounding the progress of green hydrogen in Chile, taking into account innovation, financing, environment and work with communities.
