Instruvalve saw in Hyvolution 2023 the ideal framework to improve its presence in business related to new sources of clean energy generation. In this 1st Exhibition and Congress of the World of Hydrogen, the Water Treatment business unit will be presented, which has seen good results in a short period of time in projects in different markets such as mining, infrastructure, among others. Hyvolution has already had 5 versions in the European market and this will be the first version in Chile. Instruvalve understands that, if a good treatment of waste or reuse water is carried out, it helps both the environment and the industry itself to raise its standards in a finite resource such as water. Among the solutions, the following stand out: – Reverse osmosis. These plants can be integrated with CIP washing for longer membrane life. – Desalination. There is a commercial agreement with a special H2O Biofouling Chlorine monitoring and dosing system to avoid marine fouling in your systems and pipes. Orto scope is the design and construction of complete desalination plants to deliver potable or even ultrapure quality water. – Plants of riles and reuse. – Sewage treatment plants. – Filtration systems. Filters manufactured in Steel or FRP to abate the following components: Turbidity, Iron, Manganese, Arsenic, among others. The company is representative of the Greensand brand, a sandy material used to remove Iron and Manganese. The work model ranges from the construction of turnkey plants to the supply of equipment and supplies, including detailed engineering and consulting services for the optimization and operational improvement of existing plants, depending on the client’s needs. Instruvalve also has a direct office in Peru where the Water Treatment area is also doing its first business.
