The Hyvolution 2024 International Congress, organized by Fisa of the GL events group and co-organized with H2 Chile, will take place alongside the exhibition from September 3 to 5 at the Metropolitan Santiago Convention Center. The event will be presided over by Gloria Maldonado, president of Enap and Correos de Chile, who will play an active role in the inauguration. Additionally, she will participate in panel number 6, focused on strategic infrastructure for the green hydrogen industry.
The program will feature numerous panels and speakers, composed of companies, sector suppliers, trade associations, universities, startups, and key public-private institutions in the ecosystem and its value chain. The exhibition is organized by Fisa of the GL events Group.
Rodrigo Lobo, acting general manager of Fisa, highlighted the organization of this congress in conjunction with H2 Chile. “We have spent months working to put together a 13-panel congress that covers all the topics that the national and international industry needs to discuss to develop green hydrogen in the country and the region,” he said.
The exhibition will kick off on Tuesday, September 3, with the inauguration of the fair, attended by the main authorities and representatives from the private and public sectors of the industry. That same day, the international congress will feature four panels. In the morning, the panel “Strategies to Materialize Chile’s Competitiveness” will be presented, followed by the panel “The Critical Role of H2V Regulation.” Later, panel 3, titled “The Path to a Sustainable Future is Now: The State of Projects in Chile,” will take place. The day will conclude with panel 4, “How the World is Positioning Itself to Buy Chile’s H2V.”
On Wednesday, September 4, the second day of the congress will feature three morning sessions. The day will begin with panel 5, “The 2030 Horizon: Leveraging Exportation Based on Domestic Demand Over the Next 5 Years,” followed by panel 6, “Strategic Infrastructure: Enabling the Hydrogen Industry,” and will culminate with panel 7, “Social Legitimacy, Key to Industry Development.” In the afternoon, three panels will take place: “Securing Markets: Certification for Green Hydrogen Export,” “Hydrogen and Safety: Processes, Installations, and Technical Standards,” and “The Key Role of Hydrogen in the Future of Mobility.”
The last day, Thursday, September 5, will feature three panels. The day will start with panel 11, “Sustainable Educational Innovation: Developing Human Capital for the H2V Industry in Chile.” Next will be panel 12, “Towards an H2V Economy in Chile: The Fundamental Role of the Mining Industry,” and it will conclude with panel 13, “The Role of Financing in the Energy Transition.”
