The Hyvolution fair is just around the corner and dozens of companies, guilds and entities continue to join the great exhibition of the green hydrogen industry. One of them is the SOFOFA Corporation, which will participate for the second time in the meeting, and is in charge of organizing the H2 Grand Prix Chile, a race of scale cars powered by hydrogen in which 15 high schools participate, and whose grand finale will be disputed during the closing of the event. “We consider Hyvolution as the most important showcase of green hydrogen in the country and, therefore, must be represented by the professional technical human capital in connection with the industry,” said Carolina Dominguez, director H2 Grand Prix Chile, a test that will define the Chilean representative that will participate in a meeting in the United States. “It is essential that industry, education and public-private spaces are articulated for their training. For them, representing the technical capital of middle level is an opportunity that shows the high expectations we have with young people as protagonists of the energy transition,” added Dominguez. In addition to the Grand Prix, SOFOFA will have a stand at Hyvolution during the three days, run by students and teachers. In this space, they will present and deepen the learning of the professional technical ecosystem, demonstrating the skills that professionals in the area have. “These are spaces for dialogue, so that the industry can value the human capital that the country has today and so that socially professional technical education regains a leading role in the training and demands of the productive sector. On the other hand, we want students to be able to see that there are promising opportunities for their future”, said Carolina.
